"The parking was good with easy access and it was free to park. The rooms were clean but very small and I love that all the cleaners I encountered were well mannered, pleasant, and very helpful. I did not like that the face basin was outside the bathroom. This is the second Holiday Inn I have stayed in recent months where the tub stopper was broken and not fixed. Also, the air condition was extremely loud making it hard to sleep. The new management need to take pride in the upkeep of the hotels. I like that breakfast was provided with choices of hot beverage and a nice eating area. I always appreciate that about Holiday Inns. Please keep up the good work with having breakfast and affordable places to stay. However, I implore the management to hire responsible property maintenance staff and do monthly checks to ensure the rooms are kept up to standard. Thank you,"

"First off the room we were assigned to was not clean and looked like someone had laid on the bed. I called a the staffed was very helpful and changed our room right away! He even walked me down to the next room so we both could check it out! We were late for breakfast and all the creamer and sugar was put away for coffee, staff made sure we had sugar and creamer. I was they would have had waffles through, I might not of been late for breakfast! Lol"

"My experience at Spring Hill Marriott was more than 5 stars, I give it 100 stars. Everything from the young women at the front desk that gave me my key, to the kitchen staff, I felt like I was home with family. I can honestly say that I have NEVER in my life received such excellent service and because of that, I will always stay at a SpringHill Marriott when I go on vacation. The entire staff were so sweet and kind to the point that I hugged the breakfast team when I was leaving. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. My family will and never stay anywhere else!!"
