"I have stayed here in the past and found that the room was clean along with the dining/breakfast area. Breakfast was good and not crowded with enough food. The Vittoria coffee is crap but that was the only thing that I didn't like but no big deal. Parking is easy and free. I will stay there again."

"This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back again.Very convenient location near Kingsgrove Station. Rooms small but have everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean although Shower recess needed a scrub around the edges and door tracks. Very quiet and Hotel has Bistro downstairs for meals. Mini Mart and Woolworths close by."

Check in was self done. Staff barely acknowledged us.
We were put on the ground floor which was close to a function room that had a live band playing. We were not told about this or given an option if we didn’t want to be near the room. When I went to ask about it I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes until I butted in. There was no one on reception.
