"The hotel was nice. We booked there twice. First time stay was great. The second stay we ran into an issue. Our door would not lock. The only way to lock it was to use the lock latch at the top of the door. So someone always had to stay in the room. We only needed the room for one night. I can’t imagine what someone would do if they had to stay multiple nights. We contacted front desk, and showed her. She couldn’t fix it. And didn’t move us to another room."

"Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...

"Needed a room for a night. No real qualifications required except I needed a desk and good WiFi. Check-in was fast and the building has plenty of parking. Price was reasonable and location is easily accessible from I-10."

"Conveniently off the interstate and next to a really good chicken takeout restaurant. The floors in our room hadn’t been mopped in awhile. I don’t know how long that hotel has been open but it needs a lot more landscaping and the window treatments leave a lot to be desired. That being said, an overall clean and convenient stop for us."
