"Ottima struttura, rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Posizione molto comoda, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione molto buona. Forse un po datato, in particolare il bagno. C’erano alcune piastrelle pronte a staccarsi. qualche piccola accortezza in più aiuterebbe a rendere gli ambienti più armoniosi, carini da vedere e anche più comodi."

"This is a wonderful hotel for a stay in Tuscany. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of options, making it a perfect start to the day. The location is also convenient—about 45 minutes to Florence, an hour to Pienza and Montepulciano, and roughly 25 minutes to Siena. The only drawback is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from the neighboring room can be easily heard."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."

"Tolle Immobilie ist leider nur auf sehr schlechten und verstaubten Waldweg erreichbar. Das Schwimmbad ist am 9. Oktober seit sicherlich 1-2 Wochen deaktiviert, mit Algen und Schmutz nicht nutzbar. That said, I was frustrated with the check-in process, the receptionist was also helping in the kitchen during dinner hour, so I had to wait quite a while to be checked in.
