"The scent of the hotel was extremely overpowering, even in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the ac kicked off and on all night, and was very loud. Terrible nights rest. "

"We arrived at 10:30 pm; the main entrance was locked, so we had to check-in through a window. With freeway traffic, it was too noisy to hear the desk clerk, who only mouthed “license” & “card”, took our cards & left, later returning to bring us room keys & say “thanks”. No instructions on where the room was, parking, WiFi, etc. The room was clean, & the bedding looked new, but the furniture was older & weathered. You could feel a bit of humidity, so the bed sheets felt slightly sticky/damp...

"I was just dropping my things off to freshen up before heading to a friends place. I'm glad I did because I found about a 2in long, what I thought was dead, cockroach underneath the sink in the bathroom. I shoved my things back into my bags and left the room and checked out. The woman running the desk was very nice, she couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia so I took care of everything else to be refunded on my end. She did ask if I wanted another room and I politely...
