"Our stay was very disappointing. The refrigerator was not working, which made it difficult to store food and drinks. There was no microwave/oven which was very inconvenient. On top of that, there were a lot of flies in the room, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here"

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree in Farmers Branch, Texas. Overall, the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, my experience was affected when the toilet in my room became clogged. Instead of sending someone from maintenance or housekeeping to resolve the issue, I came back from lunch, and a plunger was outside my room door pretty much I was asked to take care of it myself.
