"Had a little trouble checking in.But after a couple of hours, they made an exception that I didn't have my physical ID... i booked a stay on hotels.com it had a picture of my I.D and all the confirmation information, but they said it was against their policy to let me check in without a physical I.D... I totally understand the policy, but the idea that I had all the confirmation numbers. The emails my wife was with me with her. Id, I had a photocopy of my I.D I but it got taken care of in the end"
