"Toilet does not have the pressure and the hotel does not subscribe to any kind of channels. Receptionist on the phone while we were leaving and only said said something when I was about 4 feet away"

"Coffe drinkers beware! The location is great. It's nestled away from most everything. There is a nice Greek/Med restaurant, Niko Niko's in the parking lot. There is highway noise as it is near freeway and frontage road. I would give it 5 star but 2 things kept it back. The coffee is terrible. And the coffee cups are worse. The cups are "echo friendly" and begin deteriorating as soon as the coffee goes in. So I quickly downed bad hot coffee each morning. I had to get good coffee later. I'll go some where different next time. Coffee is the most important meal of the day and I would rather pay 20 bucks more a night for a good coffee experience."

"The room and the staff were fine, I saw on the listing that breakfast was included but when I went down to eat breakfast all there was, was a tiny microwaveable breakfast sandwich and coffee, literally nothing at all to eat."

"We love this hotel. It is Very comfortable and has beautiful surroundings. Did not care for the room this time - it was very small and cramped. Front desk staff are never very friendly but restaurant and bar are always nice. Self-parking is too expensive but convenient. We will continue to stay here when we visit The Woodlands. "

"This establishment was clean and the service and staff spot on. I really enjoyed the layout of the double queens with living room. The decor was light and enjoyable. Easy parking. Walmart near by. Easy to find."
