"The room was very clean, and spacious!! The check in was super easy, we were even allowed to check in several hours early! The host was very helpful with directions and places to see. They even offered to help us get our stuff inside from the car because we had a newborn and it was raining!! 10/10 recommend"

"Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk."

"The hall catprt was dirty and water stained My king suite sofa cushions were ripped and shredded. The hotel smelled moldy and mildewed. The hotel appeared to be under going renovations. One of my rooms didn't have a closet. The light blocking shade had holes in it, some of the electric wall sockets did not work."

"The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

"Well, lucky for me. I got the first floor because I am disable, but there is no elevator, which is inconvenient for some people, the pool was very nice. Could’ve used a hot tub, could also use some more chairs in the pool area that could be used out on the patio as well. We were trying to visit with our soldiers that were graduating and everyone had to sit on the ground to visit. Would be nice to have a picnic table with an umbrella for the sun. "The manager tried to scam me for 100$ each night I stayed. And then kept deactivating my room keys, after each attempt to response an issue. They watch who comes in and out of your room, threatening to keep the deposit if anyone stops by whatsever."
