"Horrible stay. Many problems-the King bed was worn out-it sunk badly in the middle-no good sleep, stayed in xl room on the 5th floor, toilet is very tall-difficult to use, only have scented toilet paper, we had to buy our own toilet paper, we asked for unscented, but did not have any; rooms are scented, towels and bedding are scented, they spray scent in the rooms-we emailed ahead and asked for unscented linens and towels, they said they would not spray scent in the room and would provide linens and towels free of scent, unfortunately we could still smell scent in them and in the room when we arrived, we coughed and sneezed every day because of all the scent; had spotty wi-fi on some days, but no wi-fi on Wednesday, Thursday and most of Friday; offered us a free glass of wine for inconvenience; no wi-fi is unacceptable-I could not get my phone to work at all; room was small-no luggage racks and not enough space for 4 pieces of luggage-had to put luggage on table and on the floor; lighting in the room and bathroom is too dark; could not seem to adjust heat or air conditioning; never received free bottle of wine for booking with Expedia and did not ask for it with all the problems and lack of sleep; broken bottles on sidewalk in front of hotel one morning; people in Paris wear tons of perfume and smoke cigarettes-bad for our allergies; still trying to wash the smell out of all my clothes; front desk staff booked us a taxi; shower and in-room safe
