"I am a Turkish citizen, we came to Vienna. At the hotel, there is no front desk or reception; there is a smart screen at the entrance. We enter the reservation number and ID, and the room card is issued automatically. It was the first time I had seen this— the technology was really impressive. The room was very neat and very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much."

"The hotel is in a nice little town (8000 people) not too terribly far from Vienna and the airport, but the 50 Euro cab fare might turn some people off.
The hotel is very clean and beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was plentiful and was really good. I will definitely stay there again on future visits to Vienna. "
