"We have stayed at St George’s hotel many times but feel its previously high standards are slipping. At breakfast there was six dirty bowls and two dirty bowls the next morning. We waited 25 minutes for our cooked breakfast and the rolls on the first morning were rock hard. The evening meal choice was not great and expensive so we ate out both nights. We absolutely loved the hotel, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food - both breakfast and evening meal - was lovely, and really good value for money.
