"Overall, it was an okay stay, but definitely not without issues. When we arrived, the internet was down—no big deal since we didn’t need it right away, and it was restored within a couple of hours. After settling into our room (which was decent), we realized a few hours later that the air wasn’t working. Thankfully, the front desk was quick to move us to another room, which we appreciated. The biggest letdown, though, was breakfast. The selection was very limited—cold eggs, sausage ran out, and there was a bowl of what looked like “community” oatmeal. There was supposed to be potatoes with veggies, but there weren’t actually any veggies. Just a few slices of bread for toast, some unwrapped muffins, and a bowl of apples and oranges. To top it off, there were visible stains on some of the silverware and glassware. Honestly, the pancake maker was the highlight. Glad this was just a one-night stay."

"Although their website says this LaQuinta is being renovated, I wasn’t impressed by the quality of work that’s been done so far. In our bathroom, there were small gaps between the wall and ceiling in the toilet area. The tiling on the walls and floor were not all flush. I noticed the unevenness when walking into the bathroom. Also, when we arrived in the late evening, we were approached by a panhandler in the parking lot. On the positive side, the person who checked us in was professional, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. "

"1 Star – Very Disappointing Stay Stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis this past weekend and had a very poor experience. Upon arrival, the bed sheets were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were told clean ones would be brought up, but after waiting over two hours and calling again, nothing was delivered. We ended up having to go purchase our own sheets. The WiFi—which was a major reason we chose this hotel—did not work at all during our stay. We were told someone would come assist, but no one ever showed. Calls to the front desk were repeatedly answered and disconnected. The next day, we were told it would be working soon, then later told it was completely down. We had to rely on a personal hotspot, which caused issues with work and added cost. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off for around two hours late Saturday night, making it nearly impossible to get rest before an early morning. Overall, very disappointing stay. Poor cleanliness, lack of service, and basic amenities not working. This was far below expectations, especially after confirming these details prior to booking. Would not recommend."
