"Spent one night and this place is wonderful. Staying just slightly off the I-5 so much of a difference between the middle of town in Grants Pass and this resort. So relaxing and quiet. Our room(cabin) was in excellent condition and very clean with great amenities such as gas fireplace, tv, coffeemaker, and comfortable bed. It had its own porch with rocking chars too. Add fresh cookies and fire pit at night and very good breakfast in the morning and we left refreshed."

"If you come prepared - eat a meal beforehand if arriving late in the evening, have a little extra food with you as the restaurant closes early (7:30pm) and opens somewhat later in the morning (8am) - the place is exquisite if you want a place with character and charm. Very well maintained as a part of the Oregon State Parks system, it is known as the oldest continuing hotel in the state having opened in 1883. It's very quiet - on my stay at least, it's apparent that all guests understand the value of almost complete silence during the evening and early morning hours. You could hear a breeze outside if there is one, although I did not try to open a window on my stay. The meals are reasonably priced and seem to be large portions. I will visit again just for the quiet and historic charm."

"Cute cabin inspired hotel. Lovely rooms. Wonderful pool. Great continental breakfast. The restraunt next store is convenient and decent. Jet boat rides right outside!"

"The manager got all three rooms next to each other on the ground floor. The parking lot had been recently renovated and striped for parking stalls. The rooms were neat and clean. The shower was very nice and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were full. The place was a great find."

"For the purpose of spending the night or 2, this hotel is perfect. We booked a suite and were surprised on how spacious the room was, and it came with 3 queen beds. The motel looks run down on the outside. The vicinity looks safe as it is within the business area, we did spot stragglers nearby but not too bothersome, someone forgot to roll up their car window and the car wasn't ransacked. The city does have dedicated park for homeless folks. Wifi did not work for us, bathroom is clean but a bit run down as well. We will definitely stay here again."
