"The hotel is convenient to the airport with free shuttle service that's 24hrs to and from the airport. However, the hotel could use some updates to the walls, doors, and floors. The shower kept flooding the bathroom floor because the sealant around the shower doors had worn out. When this was reported, the front desk sent housekeeping to provide towels for the floor, so no explanation or assistance with temporarily fixing the point of the leak. "This was not as near the airport as thought. However the free shuttle was terrific. there’s nothing around the hotel. So unless you want to taxi all the way back to the city, there’s no restaurants to order from, no stores around, it’s in the middle of nowhere. For travelers mostly with no car, it’s not real convenient if you want to just walk to dinner or something. The restaurant inside the hotel was fair, not much atmosphere. Overall fine."

"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again...

"This hotel is good if only required for a stop for one night to and from hotel. There is nothing really around this neighborhood. Hotel has small pool and sauna that closes at 9pm, not sure why such an early lock up of these facilities is necessary. Not worth the price. Breakfast should be included for this cost as well."

"Room provided was clean providing the required amenities and with a great view of the Marina. Hotel located centrally with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. Room was quiet and well lit. Staff were very helpful and polite ensuring guests were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of breads, cheeses, fruits etc., that were fresh and tasty."

"Spacious double room (the most basic of rooms available), nicely presented, and plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Buffet breakfast one of the best I've experienced, plenty of choice including some cooked items. Great rooftop pool/bar and space to sit and enjoy the sun. Lots of different areas available to either sit and drink/eat, or merely just lie back and relax. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We asked for a room with one big bed and no 2 singles. We had to ask twice and ended up having it done while we were at the room. Also the AC was not working properly staff did not follow up on our observation until other guest complained as well. They finally fixed it, but still made us very uncomfortable the first 24 hours of our stay."
