Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good.

Great hotel, good food, good entertainment, and pool area is excellent, but the best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are a credit to the establishment. Location is a bit up the hill but taxi is 3 euros back up.

Two tier treatment depending on whether one booked with hotel direct or through a travel site. I'd stayed here 4 times previously and each occasion booked directly with hotel. This time I booked with hotels.com which meant no free parking and no free bottle of cava.( not that I drink it). And charging for the room safe , it's 2025. I booked half board as I had done in the past and was able to change to lunch if we decided to go out at night, not this time. 3 different staff members gave me 3 different instructions on what I had to request and when, the 3rd just said it was not possible. When I asked why she said it had stopped being their policy that morning. By the way totally not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. All up a hill with it being steps 2 thirds of the way of a distance of 200 metres. A dirty towel lay at my balcony for the eight nights I stayed, reported twice but still there when we departed.But the real icing on the cake was the restaurant. Food was varied as always and I honestly couldn't fault it. But bottles of vodka at the breakfast bar within the reach of kids, come on. 4th morning my wife called me from the coffee machine to watch Mr mouse popping his head out from under the breakfast bar( I'm hoping it was just a mouse). The nearest member of staff just carried on with her duties. Definitely not 4* anymore and I've told them that and suggested a few 4* hotels to compare with.

A happy Galway Family

Excellent resort and location…. 2 minute walk from old town, supermarkets and bars. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Buffett dinner was delicious- we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations in local restaurants. We will be definitely back for sure.

Fabulous stay in a great hotel

Excellent choice for Puerto Del Carmen - property is quiet and away from the main strip but only a 20 minute walk away ( 35 minutes on the way back as up hill ) The staff are all helpful. We were on a half board basis - good choice of courses with a chef to cook as required.

Perfect week. Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Beach nearby. Hotel itself was lovely and restaurant and bar was good. Pool bar and food was good. Out of season so don’t know how busy it would be in the summer but an April visit suited us. We were a party of 4 adults. Lots of places closed but that didn’t bother us

Winter sunshine week

Attractive apartment hotel complex within walking distance of the port, old town and seafront bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned six days a week. Well appointed, kettle, all kitchenware, microwave, tv. Good walk-in shower. Quiet. Good value for money. Reception 24 hours. Overall, a good experience.

Struttura molto bella con appartamenti moderni, ampi, curati che includono quel che serve per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione e cena abbondanti e vari; forse la cena potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata (per palati italiani, almeno). Posiziona buona per raggiungere a piedi la vicina spiaggia o per visitare l’isola in auto. È presente un parcheggio privato a pagamento, ma di fronte ne è presente uno libero dove abbiamo sempre trovato posto in agosto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo prenotato qui perché volendo fare solo mezza pensione, e qui fanno solo mezza, avevamo pensato che forse sarebbe stato più curato. Purtroppo la pulizia non molto curata, addirittura per 2 gg non ci hanno risistemato la stanza. Il cibo per niente di qualità. La piscina già dalle 6 del mattino era piena di salviettoni sui lettini. In 10 volte che veniamo alle Canarie questa è stata la peggior scelta. Ci siamo trovati meglio in hotel a 3 stelle ed in hotel 4 stelle all’ inclusive a prezzi inferiori. Mi spiace perché la struttura è bella e basterebbe poco.
