"The hotel is nice but you do need to plan because the transfer shuttle can take a lot of time to come. They do have a great app to book the transportation so you know how long you have to wait but still you have too wait!. The girl that worked at the ski rental at the place got confused and took our ski rentals from the ski valet and placed them back so we had to get our skis again and lost pur precious ski time in the morning because of that. Other than the hotel is ok"

"the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand.
