"We arrived and had to wait an hour and a half for our room, while others were being checked in before us. We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted.
The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat.

"We stayed in the Aspen. It was nice to have the small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Dishes and silverware were not provided but he had brought paper plates, silverware, napkins, etc. The bed was comfortable, bathroom is nice, shower worked well. There is enough storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for your belongings. We enjoyed are stay there and will return again."

"When we checked in it was the first time we found out the property DOESNT have an elevator. I am handicapped and had no way to get to the room on the 2nd floor without out sitting on the ground and going backwards step by step. I had no choice because there wasn’t another hotel in the area that had a vacancy. You need to put on your website that you are NOT HANDICAPPED access. It was the worst stay I have ever had!!!"
