The Hotel was a lot smaller than anticipated, as it the pictures it seems a lot larger. There was construction on the main road which woke us every morning in the early hours. Breakfast was sparse with not much options or flavour, but interrupted each morning by the banging outside, or the hotel getting their front door fixed while breakfast was provided. We had to ask a number of times for amenities, with some never being provided. The room was comfortable and it was a good location, however I would not stay again.

Very good hotel in a great location - opposite the former dictators villa in the stylish blloku district and a short walk from the centre and major sites. Though fairly dated it was very clean and the 80/90s decor actually added to the feel! Breakfast was very good and we frequently had the steam room and pool to ourselves after a busy day exploring. Room was spacious and everything worked including the aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location with lots of bars and restaurants close by and a real buzz about the place. Unfortunately during my stay there was a technical issue with the room keys and they couldn’t find the master key to let me in. I was locked out of my room overnight and put in another room with no windows, no tv and no access to my toothbrush, clothes etc. On complaining on checkout the management weren’t interested and suggested I email my complaint when I returned home. Disappointing problem and service

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

Nice hotel, good location but lacking in basics

The hotel was in a good location and the room was comfortable and clean with a balcony. However, although there was a kettle, no coffee was provided. The breakfast had a great variety but, on both mornings of our stay, the 'hot" choices such as egg, bacon and sausage were cold!

The two girls in the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also the guy in the bar. They all gave us info restaurants exchanges transport etc. hotel is comfy gym was big and a good selection of machines. Swimming pool was small but nice to swim in and cool down. Breakfast was also good and had everything i usually have for breakfast.

A very kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, but is advertised as soundproofed; apparently this is not enough to keep out the noise from the Salsa bar across the street, which plays loud music into the mornings on weekends. Minibar needs a pricelist.

For some reason hotel received a booking for different room type than I had reserved through Expedia. Very helpful receptionist fixed that quickly. Hotel itself could use a little refreshment, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable, that's what really matters. Good location only a few minutes walk from the artificial lake, lots of shops and cafes around.

The room was clean and welcoming, and the bed was amazing! The mini bar is well stocked. There was a kettle, etc, for hot drinks, but only tea? There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging. She told us it would be about 10 - 15 mins, 1 hour later, we were still waiting with no real apology. Although I will say that she apologised at checkout then.

Smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel. Also, very loud on the room floors. We books this for the gym. While it had a lot of pieces, it was a bit of a mess with random machines, weights, etc. Front desk staff was pleasant.
