"Despite the still-under-construction Porte coche, the rest of the hotel is renovated. Clean rooms. Clean pool. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. Will stay here again when in area."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Excellent Experience! I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone had such a positive attitude and made us feel truly welcome. Everything was very clean, organized, and well maintained. The room was spotless, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. You can definitely tell that the staff cares about their guests and providing excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience! ❤️"

"I'll open with that it worked for me for an inexpensive one-night stay. Generally clean and I gauge this by the carpets. They were a bit worn but felt clean to me. Everything in the room worked (except the phones, which no surprise with today's technology). Shower/bathroom was fine and clean. Check-in was easy breezy. Close to the highway and maybe 15 to 20 mins south of the OH Turnpike made it easy access. Norwalk is a cute town with history and if I had a few more hours, I would have spent it exploring a little."
