"The apartment is situated between calangute & Baga, but don’t be put off by its location on the map. There is a short walk through to the main road, from which the beach & bars are close! The size & amenities in the apartment are impressive, and Lavino is readily on hand & will provide support & good advice, when required! "Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"Lovely hotel, we enjoyed our stay! Only downfall is the amount of people in the breakfast room, not controlled and pushing to get things, just felt a bit out of sorts. Staff also couldn’t understand when we requested the Breakfast by the Sea option listed on their welcome leaflet, so we did not partake in this paid extra activity. "
