"With this location and natural beauty of this cliff in Dana Point, this could potentially be a great hotel/resort. However the Laguna Cliffs Marriott is barely a Marriott. Old building, passable rooms, below par cleanliness and staff were unhelpful at best. Sorry to break the news, this establishment cannot be a Marriott: 1. In room dining ends at 10pm, 2. Many rooms overlook a street, nothing pretty to see there + the noise 3. Small fridge, no microwave 4. Balcony furniture is plastic, not even...
