"We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. "

"El apartamento es hermoso y muy bien comunicado. Pero la comunicación no es buena, ya qué no te contestan por Expedia y sus correos se van al SPAM.No tiene suficientes aparcamientos. "

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "

"It was a delight to stay at Smartliving Apartments during my trip to Munich. The property was in great condition and well cared for. Check-in was an easy process that took less than five minutes. The property is also located close to bus stops and a U-Bahn station which are reachable in eight minutes or less depending on one's walking speed. It also sports a well designed common area that has a vending machine for purchasing meals, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend this property...

"Very positive experience, from the quiet and beautiful location to the cosy and well-equipped apartment with many beautiful details. We enjoyed the mountain view and nearby town park. "Self check in was hassle free, property was very nice. Very scenic surroundings and just 20 minutes walk to the chair lift station up the mountain. Location excellent, 10 minute walk into Mittenwald town centre, very pretty and many restaurants."
