"Das Hotel war sehr Haustier freundlich und der Check in war sehr gut erklärt und auch sehr einfach. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage von der man alles schnell erreichen kann, egal ob Wanderwege oder Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel war sauber. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"The property is in a lovely location, and it was quite comfortable for our family. It was extremely hot in Zurich the time we were there, and I had believed that there was AC in the unit. My mistake. There were two fans--one in the bedroom, one in the living room--and that helped. I appreciated the laundry and the full kitchen. They also were able to accommodate early check in, for which our family was very grateful. Overall, a very comfortable stay for our family."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"BEWARE!!! DO NOT BOOK IT!! If you are here, you are considering a budget option to stay in the expensive Zurich area. LET ME GO STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. NOT WORTH IT!!! They sent me to someone else's house, saying there was no room available for 4 people, that I should have booked 4 adults because my 9 and 12-year-old kids are no longer children. What??? The other house was not ready to receive guests and had no pillows or towels. We had a hard time at the end of our trip, and only stayed at the...

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."
