The host, Kimi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and provided wonderful recommendations as we spent our days exploring Nagano. "The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."
