The staff were really helpful, especially around luggage forwarding. The hotel is in the Ginza but it was really quiet where we were. Breakfast was great and the lady in the dining room was so nice

great location, close to Ginza and a few 24/7 food options, also close to the metro and easy ride to Haneda Airport. Room was a bit small but it is clean and comfortable. Also a bit old and unfortunately only one lift. Staff are very nice.
