This hotel is nearby Roppongi station, multiple shopping places, Family Mart/7-11and good restaurants! The hotel staff were so genuinely nice and they spoke English which helps alot. Fresh towels were hung daily on our door. Only problem was the free coffee starts at 7am and being an early riser, had to go out for coffee. Overall, a highly recommended hotel!! Will be back again!!!

After needing to relocate unexpectedly from our original accommodation, this hotel was a huge relief. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which was exactly what we needed after a long international flight and a stressful situation earlier in the day. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall environment felt calm and reliable. The location in Roppongi was also very convenient with good transport access. Overall, this was a very positive stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel, especially for travellers who need dependable accommodation at short notice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Drinks included apple juice, Thai milk tea and filter coffee. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but overall it was a good stay and great value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well enough to communicate. They helped a lot with the luggage transfer to Osaka. The breakfast buffet was average. It's pretty much the same Thai breakfast menu everyday.
