I stayed here for a week and loved it. Great location with Otsuka station a short stroll from the hotel. The beds were one of the comfiest beds I have experienced in Japan. The breakfast choices were great, delicious and a generous serving, you will not be left hungry! The staff are also amazing and so friendly making you feel really welcome from the start. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et je recommande toujours autant, les chambres sont « spacieuses » grâce au double lit suspendu au dessus d’un petit espace salon avec vue la ville. L’ambiance est agréable tout comme le personnel de l’hôtel. Le quartier est calme avec plusieurs options de restauration et la ligne de train Yamanote qui dispose d’une station à 2 minutes à pied. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

This is a great hotel for a 1st visit to Japan in the heart of Tokyo. The convenience of being across from the train station on the Yamanote line was unparalleled and the hotel is well kept, modern, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, breakfast choices were good and all tasty, service was friendly and kind. The area feels residential and calm in a way that is restful after the chaos and intensity of Tokyo neon while still being super close (15-25 min) to main destinations, parks, & sightseeing by train. There is a great shopping center in the train station called Atre that our group of 4 highly recommend for easy, affordable meals. The hotel held our luggage for us after checkout for free before we left for the airport which was very convenient. One improvement would be the laundry area, amenities selection, and water refill station. The laundry, microwave, and water refill station are all in one room which is small and gets hot. We didn't need to use laundry machines, but this is something to note if you do need them. Only 2 machines and dryers on site. There is also only 1 water refill station and it would have been nicer to have one on each floor. The amenities were bare basics. They could have provided skincarefl free of charge (cleanser, moisturizer) as was done in other hotels. This didn't affect our stay very much, just a note for the hotel. All in all, super impressed with the hotel, the staff and the location. Book it!

There were only 2 blankets for 3 people, oir keycaeds stopped working every few days, there should be more then 2 washers and dryers for the entire building. I went to the laundry room at 6am to wash my kids clothes and there was a soman using all 4 machines (2 wahing machines and 2 dryers) from 6am to past 11am. There were other families waiting and getting frustrated

They had only one delicious breakfast (Japanese) for vegetarians. We had to be careful not to hit out head on the ceiling of our room, and we had to climb about 7 steep stairs without a handrail to get to bed, into which we had to stoop and crawl. There were no chairs in the room, which made it uncomfortable.

呢間酒店硬件非常好， 有個好靚嘅check in大堂， 員工好友善， 夜晚有dj打碟到10點， 非常chill的感覺💖 食左三日早餐每款都係好食， 最重要係酒店非常近jr站！ 但軟件有d不足， 由升降機走到自己房間的一刻， 發現地氈都幾異常地污糟， 房內廁所因為乾濕分離， 通風有d差， 一打開門有d難聞氣味🙈 房內清潔不錯， 不過我個女不斷頂親個頭， 房內不提供支裝水， 有水樽要係5樓自己斟， 洗衣房得兩部洗衣乾衣機， 諗住去到酒店洗衫真係要自求多福了😅

Helpful staff, good breakfast, good air con & really comfy beds in a good sized room for Tokyo. Otsuka, where the hotel is, is only 20mins by train to Shibuya - and a 2mins walk to Otsuka station (on the Yamamote Line). It’s well worth being slightly further away to get a more sensibly priced hotel.

We stayed at OMO6 Otsuka as a family of five, booking two rooms. Previously, we had a great experience at OMO5 Osaka, which is why we chose this hotel for our Tokyo trip. Overall, we had a good stay. The rooms are fairly sized by Tokyo standards, very clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. We especially appreciated the coin laundry on-site, although there are only two machines, so it can get busy—going early in the morning or mid-day is a better strategy. The location is a big highlight. Being right on the Yamanote Line made it very convenient to get around Tokyo. The surrounding area is lively but not too crowded, with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants, supermarkets, and department store food basements (great for takeout since the hotel provides microwaves). It felt like a more local and relaxed neighborhood compared to major tourist hubs. A couple of downsides: the beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone, and there is no public bath or onsen on-site. The nearest one recommended by the hotel is about a 12-minute walk away, which wasn’t as convenient as we had hoped. Overall, a solid and practical choice for families looking for good value and excellent transit access in Tokyo.

少し変わったお部屋のやぐらタイプ。下が大きなソファーベット、階段を数段上がった上がシングルふたつのベッド。ベッドの上の天井はすぐなので気をつける必要ありですが、秘密の部屋みたいで楽しいです。 室内の設備はシンプルです。 テーブルがないのが少し困りました。貸し出しとかあったのかな？折りたたみの座卓を貸してもらえるといいかも。
