This is a great basic hotel. They even have a gym. The rooms are small but comfortable. My only suggestion would be maybe an extra pillow. I will definitely stay there again.

The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.

Great hotel, I loved the amenities and especially the fact that there was a coin laundry inside the hotel. Being connected to the mall and onsen was also a huge plus. I really enjoyed the onsen facilities, and I found it increidbly helpful you could check both the laundry status and onsen crowdedness on the hotel room TV. I only wish that the hours were more clear for the onsen, because I got to the bedrock bath too late. I also had some trouble finding the hotel entrance from the train station, and the hotel is quite far from most general attractions in Tokyo. Aside from that, everything was great. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Overall, we had a really great experience at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!

The room was spotless, the staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in is very simple and very fast. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The free shuttle service to Tokyo Station was a fantastic perk! Being connected to the Mall made it very easy to visit the vast food court and shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Our stay at Villa Fontaine was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring Tokyo. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and any questions we had. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. Amazing stay. Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Restaurants in hotel and some in close proximity.... short walk to train station. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints
. Wonderful service as always. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Hot water kettle in room and microwave next to vending machine in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo are very good.
