The location is fine, about 350 meters from a local Metrostation and in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has all the things you need, but it is very small. For western visitors it is not on the comfortable side, since there is no place to sit comfortably. The best (heated) seat is the toilet! Apart from that there is a small and uncomfy desk chair and a smallish beanbag. Thatโs it. So I made do with the beanbag, but itโs not the best place to rekax after lots of walking in Tokyo! Also lacking is a place to store your belongings. A shelf underneath the ladder to the bed-area would have been nice. You spend a lot of time on the floor in this apartment! (Beanbag included).
So in short, itโs not the most comfortable for western travellers, but itโs safe, clean, nice located with good bedding and other ameneties.
