The staff are incredibly courteous. The breakfast is delicious and exquisitely presented. We also had dinner one night which was perfection, a very serene and welcoming setting. The waiters make you feel like you are in a seven star resort! The rooms are immaculate. I would recommend those facing the river as it is a lovely view. The hotel is close to a railway station and a plethora of reasonably priced restaurants. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The location is right beside a river where the small sightseeing boats go by, so it was fun to watch them at night. The hotel itself was clean, relatively small and cozy, and had a sophisticated air. The staff were friendly. I dined at their restaurant for dinner, and the food and presentation were fantastic. I would happily stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

This is the only hotel I stay at every time I’m in Tokyo and this was my 8th time staying here. The staff have always been prompt & friendly . 5 minutes from Ryogoku Station on the JB line. The rooms are very big for Tokyo standards. Enough to have 4 luggage’s opened in the room! The restaurant here is also very good except it’s way too much food for the breast buffet!

Amazing location right next to Ryogoku station. Lots of dining options around the area and connected to many parts of Tokyo. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. However if you have a room facing the river you are next to a highway and you can very slightly hear the cars. Not enough to wake you up, but if it's quiet you can hear them occasionally.

Really nice all rounder - room was a great size, attentive staff, bar is well stocked and close to the sumo arena and station. It was a little further out from the main tourist attractions so was fairly quiet in the evening

The staff went above and beyond at all times. They even held the elevator door for us when we arrived with our luggage. The service is definitely in the first class range!

Exceptional stay. The room was spacious and the toilet was comfortable and clean. Terrace overlooked the city and you could see the Tokyo Skytree. Also of note is how sound-proofed the rooms were!

Very recommended hotel in Tokyo ⭐️

Really great hotel. RYOGOKU is a cool place, feels more local. Very close taxi to asakusa. Amazing zen garden right across the street! Hotel staff is 5 star and the house keeping is 5 star. Super quiet and comfortable and spacious room. I’ll be back for sure
