"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and felt it offered good value for money. Both the view and the staff are its biggest asset. Staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We arrived late after the nearby Migros had closed, and although the chef had finished for the day, he kindly prepared us some snacks. It was such a thoughtful welcome after a long journey. We also asked to change rooms as we were hoping for a larger balcony and a better view, and the receptionist happily arranged...

"I went as part as my honey moon and it was a disaster. The receptionists barely spoke English. The bathrooms were messy and there were cigarettes butts on the floor in the backyard. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned either as I saw bugs in the coffee machines.
