Fantastic staff! Very friendly and helpful, loved that we were able to txt the front desk and they answered quickly. Even gave us a complementary late check out till 12pm. Clean updated rooms. Wish we we had more time to use the amenities

Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Hotel was evidently new and clean. The staff was attentive, gracious and helpful throughout. Breakfast was plentiful and appetizing. Keep up good work.
