"The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful. A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes...

"This hotel was charming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was impressive for only €10 a day. It was up a few steps which was hard with luggage. Beautiful property, would definitely stay here again."

"The entire stay was wonderful! I would rate it better than 10!!! 100%! We had a fabulous room with balcony, very clean and were even offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival! Our breakfast was great, with local specials. The owner gave us tips and directions of where to go etc! We plan to return and recommend this location to our friends! It was so close to Cinque Terre and the ferry! Could not have asked for any better!!!!"

"Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. The walk from top to bottom is about 40-50 minutes, and some 10% inclines, but great exercise if you don’t mind the journey! The view alone makes this worth it. Prepare to walk uphill to your room but this should be expected…you are in Italy after all! The town is beautiful and so are the other villages.
