Such a welcoming, traditionally Spanish hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Glorias. The friendly and helpful staff indicated that very few English people stayed there, but they welcomed us and did everything possible to make our stay a perfect one. We would definitely stay at this very traditional Spanish hotel again. Thank you.

Sensación agridulce

Sensación agridulce, muchas cosas positivas y otras no tanto. Podría volver. Positivas: El personal, la chica que nos ha atendido la mayoría de las veces un encanto. Puedes aparcar en la puerta sin problema. La comida, en general muy rica. La ubicación, inmejorable. Negativo: No está lo limpio que debería, según llegamos tuvimos que avisar que el cuarto de baño no estaba limpio. En general los adornos están llenos de polvo. Si pides pensión completa o media pensión, todos los días tanto para comer como para cenar hay lo mismo, y no entra ni el postre ni la bebida. Por cierto no pidas pasta a la boloñesa, no es lo más rico que hacen.

Intentan timarte: captan los clientes a través de plataformas como Expedia pero por teléfono niegan trabajar con ellos, para cobrar la habitación mucho más cara. En nuestro caso llamamos a Expedia y nos mantuvieron en espera mientras llamaban al hotel y les confirmaron expresamente a Expedia que nuestra reserva era correcta. Pero al llegar allí negaron haber hablado con Expedia y cuando dijimos que nos íbamos, "casualmente" tenían dos habitaciones libres por una cancelación. Cuando pedimos hablar con Juan (que nos había atendido por teléfono), "casualmente" estaba de vacaciones. Obviamente trabajan con Expedia porque nosotros pagamos un mes antes y a ellos les paga Expedia. Es un señor muy grosero. El somier chirriaba muchísimo con solo sentarse en la cama.

Los empleados bien, el dueño prepotente. La habitación bien , la comida mal aunque nos reimos mucho por la situación tan subrealista, no podiamos creerlos y nos dió por reir en lugar de enfadarnos.
