"The room was not make up until 5pm after been chested for 3 times after the 1st night.
Water was coming down from the ceiling at 10pm, just before we went to bed.

"We were affected by the UK air traffic control glitch. The receptionist (Inez) could not have been more reassuring that our room would be held. To aid us in our compensation claim they provided a formal document stating we had missed 2 Ishtar of our pre-paid stay - thank you.
On arrival the receptionist planned us a route to walk to get our orientation to the area, circling the “must - do’s” in our limited time left. Everything she showed us we found and thoroughly enjoyed.
