"It is a really nice property! Staff is AMAZING! “Aux petits soins” The food is Good! The Spa is Fantastic! The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not… So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! Voila! "

"Great place to stay at while visiting Torres del Paine NP. Can’t beat the view! Good food served for breakfast and dinner. Maybe a small fridge would be necessary in the room, at least for the summer days. "

"This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly."
