Expensive hotel, room was out of date, not enough outlets, no modern charger ports. There is really nothing at the hotel in terms of pool or anything, and the bar closed early. The only breakfast was a $6 egg sandwhich in a hamburg roll. In the morning the staff knocked and entered our room multiple times before 9AM while we were getting ready to leave. For the rates they charge the stay should leave me feeling much better about it, wouldnt stay again.

Nice place - convenient to Hotchkiss & Salisbury

Th location was great for my visit for graduation at Salisbury school, which is about 6 miles away. I really enjoyed everything - the rooms I was in was in one of the older buildings and was a bit dated, but they seem to be well maintained (had A/C which was great!) and were clean. I like having coffee and a light breakfast available. Met my needs and the grounds are lovely- nice pool, tennis courts.

I had a great time! Stayed in Rm 109 -the porch area was unusable however, because the air conditioning unit upstairs was leaking water down onto the patio- They may want to fix that for the next guest

I have stayed at the Interlaken quite a few times, and I have stayed in a few different buildings. Generally, I like stying here. However, this was the second time I stayed in the Woodside building. The room was fine. However, there is no way that I could find to turn off the exterior lighting both in front of and behind my room. It was basically mid-day light in my room all night long. I really wish there were either better/ more "blackout" window treatments or a way to turn the lights off. One front light seemed to be on a sensor, so it would turn off, but then it just would get tripped and turn on again.

Arrived only to be told the room I reserved was not available. Staff worked to find a different room, which took some time—so was happy about that, but the room smelled like mold. It was clean and had towels but we immediately opened the deck door and turned the fan on high. Felt the nightly rate far exceeded the quality of the room.

The venue itself was gorgeous, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. My only gripe is that my reservation said main building, 2 queen beds. We ended up down the street in what was more of a motel, with one queen bed and a twin cot. It was only one night so we were fine, just slightly misleading for over $300.

The service was amazing.. I was sitting in the lobby and a worker walked by and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. We were there for a wedding and everything was wonderful. The only negative comment would be some rooms could use an upgrade.
