"The room was like a freezer. They have one small electric heater that took over 4 hours to get the room above 56. It smelled like mildew, gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep. Your free breakfast is a two block walk(in the snow and sleet), I’m assuming that’s where the gym is too.
On the bright side, the woman in the front office is awesome!"

"Pretty standard holiday inn express with the regular breakfast. It was randomly busy, I think there was a birthday party or family get together. Lots of kids running wild.
Everything was generally fine EXCEPT there was a broken exit door that everyone just let slam. We were right on the end and heard it bang every few minutes until about 11 pm. Then it was about every 30 minutes, just long enough to start falling asleep and then be reawoken. I don't know what was going on that people needed to keep going in and out all night. The hotel should have just closed off the door. They knew something was wrong because they warned us there were issues with the door, but said it was the keypad. Definitely wouldn't stay here again."
"The diner, Pennys, had the most disgustingly filthy bathroom I have ever seen! Someone had even urinated in the trash can - probably because the toilet was so disgusting. "
