"Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine. From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out. The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server. All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices so that when you tip on every pool/lunch/dinner etc meal the tips add up to hundreds per day if you leave 15% Our first room was right on the road even though we booked an ocean view room it was very loud and we had to be moved. There were 3 weddings at the resort in 4 days of us being there one being an extremely loud Indian wedding. They do water aerobics in the pool everyday for an hour and play extremely loud music to it. Disturbing 100 people around the pool for the 8 people interested in doing it. If your thing is slightly elevated all inclusive then stay here. The beach and pools are nice. The restaurants are nice. But it is far from a relaxing 5 Star experience. We will not return nor suggest anyone does. Zoetry was far better for less money. "

"The hotel is beautiful, and we were very happy with our room and ocean view. Seeing baby whales from our balcony was an unforgettable highlight. The spa facilities are also excellent and well worth visiting. However, the massages are overpriced. While mine was enjoyable, it did not justify the high cost. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again. The check-in process took around 90 minutes and included being pushed to attend a hotel tour, which turned out to be a sales presentation. We were told it would last 90 minutes, but it took three hours, which was frustrating as we value our time while on holiday. Dining was also an issue. We were not informed in advance that restaurants required bookings, so we could only secure late dinners at 8pm each night, despite restaurants not appearing full. Service during the day was slow, especially for lunch and drinks, and at times we felt overlooked. The food was average. The hotel advertises a private beach, but there is no ocean access, which should be clearer. Overall, while the property is lovely, there are significant issues with service and transparency. For us, it was not worth the time, and we would not return."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property is in need of updating. The pool tiles were dirty in some areas and pool edges were cracked. The mirrors in the bathroom needs replacing and the shelf in the bathroom was slanting. The phone in our room did not work and we had to report that. The food was all very good."

"My family of four had a great time at this resort. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the “garden view” penthouse also overlooks the ocean. The views surrounding the pool deck were stunning:) The staff are very helpful and so friendly and quick to fix any issues that we had during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this resort! "

"We had an amazing vacation. This property is stunning and the food was delicious. Not your average “all inclusive”. We were able to whale watch from one of the many pools with ocean views every day which was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious, multiple restaurants to choose from with lots of different options and the grounds are kept immaculate. Highly recommend. Also shout out to the entertainment staff Galilea, Evelyn, Raziel, Miguel & Natalie who kept our kids entertained and some other honorable mentions who went above and beyond: Jonathan (club side), Noe, Ignacio and Eduardo. "We booked a Superior Ocean View room for our anniversary, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations. Upon arrival, we were placed in a building quite far up the hill, not in the main hotel. The room itself was very small and had two double beds, which didn’t feel appropriate for a special occasion. We had contacted the hotel several times prior to our arrival, but our requests didn’t seem to be reflected. Interestingly, our friends made a similar booking and were given a spacious casita, which made the situation even more disappointing. We ultimately chose to downgrade to a room in the main hotel, which only had a partial view overlooking the pool area. While the staff were friendly and the food was good, the overall experience fell short. There was no evening entertainment, the atmosphere felt quite quiet and uneventful, and the beach was very rocky. Having visited Cabo and many resorts over the past 25 years, this is not a property I would return to or recommend."
