"I didn’t not like the fact that they do not make beds nor do they even straighten up beds if you stay more than one day. I requested from the front desk that the beds be made up and we get fresh towels. We got fresh towels. Parking was easy. The staff was very good except for the front desk he was a little busy when we checked it. But you could see he would get annoyed when you asked him to do something. "the property was well maintained and clean. The staff was personable and helpful when asked. The room was comfortable however, being on the first floor is very noisey. We also had ongoing issues with our tv service which we brought to the attention of the front desk but it was not resolved fully."

"Loved the amenities like the wine and cheese and breakfast. Being able to park at noon was a plus. This is a lovely comfortable hotel that makes a person feel pampered.
They no longer have coffee makers in the room if you're used to that. Could use a grab bar in the shower, and more towel bars."

"This hotel really needs an update! Our sofa had a big tear in it. The shower curtains do not fit the showers and hang into the tub so much you have to walk on them. Great safety hazard! I talked to the manager who said, oh, yeah they're all like that. I won't even get into the noisy kids above us who played jump off the bed until after midnight."

"Location of hotel really good with easy access to beach and bay areas. The room was not the cleanest. Even after request to staff for specific cleaning of dirty bathroom door- nothing happened. We tracked staff for replacement towels, trash was never collected/cleaned. Agreement was - room cleaning every 3 days, but towel/trash is daily."
