"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"We loved our stay at the Port. We were in town for a wedding and this was a very convenient and pleasant stay. Walkable to a bunch of cute spots along the waterfront.

The room cleaning policy is that they might come in every now and then, but they did not clean the room daily. "Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Honestly I’m not a picky person but our room definitely seem like it was not cleaned before we had access to it. There was trash cans with trash already in it, a dirty toilet paper rolled and placed in bathroom door lock? And hair in the tub.
We rarely hung out in the hotel room we placed our belongings and left right away so we didn’t notice until night time once we actually got settled."
