"Pros: friendly staff, free laundry machines, free breakfast, well maintained property, good water pressure in shower, nice kitchenette in room Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. "The staff is very friendly and our room was clean! They offered some of the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! We stayed here for a concert in red rocks and would totally recommend to anyone else doing the same."

"I'm big on sheet quality and have been sorely disappointed at 90% of the hotels I visited in the past few years. The sheets here were wonderful. And the big screen tv was an added bonus."

"Room and hotel itself were very clean and staff were great. Older hotel so some stuff coming off the wall like trim. Only complaint is the beds are hard as rocks. The breakfast was phenomenal though! Would recommend. Good area and very safe property."

"L We liked the location!!! 2. Suite was a larger room but minimally furnished, no sense of separate space , no lamp in sitting area."

"Convenient to all activities, zoo, Coors Field, and Red Rocks. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was based on previous reviews. The room had a small refrigerator ans microwave. The one issue was the water for the shower. It would be hot, then cool, then hot again. Shower fast."
