"The room was clean, and the property is beautiful. If you’re not going for skiing, the only great thing about this place is the pool & hot tub. The beds were so uncomfortable. The tv barely worked - the remote was not functional, we couldn’t switch channels easily, and the channel we wanted to watch had a very poor signal. The shower was terrible. The water came out of the head with such force that we couldn’t stand directly under it. The tub drained very slowly. The shower curtain was so thin that there was a ton of water on the floor when we got out. "

"The room was fantastic! Spacious, clean, loved the soaker shower head. The actual casino was a tremendous disappointment. Only one craps table, 99% slots. And the bars were severely understaffed and the food selection was lackluster for something quick at the bar. If you wanted some take out from the cafe, you had to wait to be seated (with the slowest moving hostess on the planet and slightly rude - everyone in line was complaining about her) then tell your server that you want your food to go. Very strange. The "Grab and Go" next to the cafe, was "Grab and Slow"...never seen as slow as service as this casino. The River bar, the bartender didn't even look at us. The other bar upstairs was ok. We got the white pizza - it was cold and didn't have any fresh basil on it like the menu said. The male bartender never asked how our food was and I didn't say anything. Later, before the concert (the reason we stayed), at the upstairs bar...the male bartender went to work the concert leaving the female bartender alone to serve that bar AND the steakhouse. Not either of theor faults but very poor planning in management's end. All in all, we will never go back to this casino."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation."

"It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+"

"First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing. The curtains looked as if they were never washed/or cleaned since they were installed. The staff was ok, when asked if the facility was a shelter the gentleman hesitated on responding. Overall, this hotel needs a major overhaul upgrade and get rid of the rehab people if you want to stay in business. Suggestion: just convert into a shelter that helps rehabilitated people if that’s what you want to do. I’m sure most of your customers will agree. If Im paying to stay in a hotel then thats the atmosphere I’m expecting to see. Clarion do better. I will never be returning here!! "
