"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. "This place was disgusting and cold. Second bedroom didn’t match photos and was freezing. Bathroom dirty. "

There was ZERO communication from the host, even though we sent messages weeks before our arrival. When we got there, there wasn't enough bedding for the amount of guests. They claimed we made the reservation for 2, yet had the hose responded to us he would have known there were 3 of us. We tried to make food and there was very little kitchen items.
