"This is our go-to hotel when we come to Kent. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always super clean, and you can't beat the location."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is in a terrible state of disrepair and feels incredibly outdated. In our room, the bathtub was both clogged and leaking, and we were only provided with a few towels. To make matters worse, there was no coffee maker in the room, and the mattresses were of awful quality—old and extremely uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place until major renovations are made"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...
