Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place with beautiful views. The hotel staff are the best. They are very friendly and generous. The only mediocre thing is their pathrooms. They could be better.

Staff is good and they welcome you with a smile.. the hotel is also woow when you enter it. But the rooms is horrible. The bed is full of hair and absolutely not clean. The heating function on climate didn’t work and even if you ask you didn’t get a solution. The wifi does not work either.

4 gecelik konaklamanın sadece 2 günü kullandık, 1 gece uçak iptali yüzünden oldu ama son gece, kendimiz erken ayrıldık. Türkçe konuşma sıkıntısı olan personel. Otelin direk telefonuna ulaşılamıyor. Oteli bulmak mümkün değil, fındık tarlaları arasında bir labirentte, hizmet diye bir şey yok, otelde canlı varlık bulmak mesele. Sudan başka bir şey yok. Hotels.com, neye istinaden bu oteli sayfasına almış anlayabilmiş değilim. ve sitede gözüken yüksek puanı kim vermiş ???2 oda revezvasyonumuz vardı, Hotels.com dan gelen ödeme yapılmıştır teyit maillerini göstermemize rağmen, ödeme yapılmadığı iddiasına dahi maruz kaldık. Sistemin bile nasıl çalıştığının farkında değiller. Size önerim, biran önce bu oteli sitenizden çıkarmak olacaktır. Kemal Tarkan, Bodrum havalimanı TAV Teknik Müdürü.
