"I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. Adding a few hot breakfast options...

"We loved the quaintness of the room, complete with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling drapes. Having a restaurant right on site was incredible. I especially loved the girl dinner deal! We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful."

"This hotel was under construction and we understand that, but it and seemed messy. The room had bugs on the wall, we even have pictures, but the nice lady at the desk said she couldn't help us bc we booked through a 3rd party so she couldn't do anything about it."

"The Anchor @ Hidden Harbor is a true gem of Deale, MD. Great staff, clean & functional rooms, the boathouse restaurant & bar just outside the front door. Great for families and boaters! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Deale. "
