"The location was ok not great! The towels were not soft. Our faucet in the bathroom were not functioning properly. It only had one temperature setting. I expected a more modern hotel. It needs to be updated for sure!! We had a King room with a view and there wasnt any view since we only saw the corner of two streets! I am not sure how this hotel had such high ratings. I would have expected it to be more modern!! Since the amenities were old not sure if it clean or not!! The sprinklehead...

"I loved everything about this hote!l Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a wonderful king bed. Free on-site parking. Delicious breakfast buffet included. Located north of San Francisco just south of the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Beautiful Mount Tam is nearby. Mount Tam is a wonderful scenic drive just a short distance from the Hotel."

"Unless you have a special need to be within close proximity of Pier 39, go elsewhere. Property is dated, they’ve tried their best to present a modern feel but it’s a 60’s building (possibly older) that has been revamped. Rooms are tidy albeit tight annd the bath/ shower feels like you’re in a residence that should be charging a lot less. Hygiene staff attentive and thorough, check in staff were indifferent (would make it a rule to not drink Dunkin Donut branded Iced Coffees whilst on desk)....
