"The Evergreen is a jewel. Small, modern, comfy and overall clean. We especially appreciated the quietness. Our bed was comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them. On the negative side, we did have trouble navigating to and from I think because of their location or perhaps because we aren’t familiar with the San Francisco area. The shower temperature...

"The location was great and close to many places, we were able to walk to many restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly/helpful. The breakfast that was provided was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco."

"The view is amazing , little bit noisy because it’s close to airport you can hear the take landing of airplane. With breakfast included . Except there’s no exemption on the the free bottle water , we get there almost 4pm but because we wanted to see the places in Bay Area and were in a hurry after checking in we got off already without thinking of getting water the 2 free each bottle for 4 of us and the time for free bottle water pick up is 5 pm to 6:30 pm imagine if we wait for the water...

"Didn’t like that I was not refunded for one day even though I gave more than a 24 hour notice that I had to check out one day early. I didn’t like that there was no microwave in our room. Didn’t like when I called twice and the AI machine said someone will return my call and no one ever did. Didn’t like that I was waiting for my car when it was parked at the side without my knowledge until I asked what happened."
