"It was ok. I’ve been to many resorts in other places and this was my least favorite one. The floors hadn’t been swept when we entered, the air wasn’t working, but they fixed it promptly. The cold water didn’t work, they worked on it, then the hot water didn’t work. I purchased privilege but the breakfast wasn’t ready at 7:00 am. Also the staff in the privilege lounge seemed like they didn’t want to be there. It took us 1.5 hours to check in. If you don’t book your excursions through them, they act like they can’t help you. Our butler wasn’t always responsive. We sent our laundry at 2:00 one day, was told it was ready. Then we were told the dryer broke 8 hours later. Called them when we got back to the room, then they said 7 am the next day it would be ready. We got it closer to 8 am and we had to leave for the airport at 9 am. We had to rush to pack and eat. I was overcharged for the laundry. The adventures and pool were fun but I don’t think purchasing privilege is worth. It. The food is ok, typical of resort buffets. I would NOT book this place again, but my Mom had fun so…"
