"The staff, location, and check-in process were all excellent and welcoming. However, my stay in a pet-friendly room (119) was marred by a heavy chemical odor from cleaning products that caused headaches and required leaving the window open all night. Additionally, the floors had an unpleasant oily residue, which made the room feel less than clean despite the great service elsewhere."

"Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel. I'm there to attend events at the Equestrian Center throughout the year, so this is my hotel of choice and I like it here. . "

"No hot tub on site. Pool area seemed clean but we did not swim. The breakfast was sufficient with kind staff that continuously tidied up. The lobby and eating area were very clean. Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers."
